Social Media Partnerships Manager

Responsibilities:

• Own the collaboration and execution of all social media deliverables across all of Binance’s brand and business partnerships
• Tell our brand story through strategic brand social campaigns and content
• Lead collaborative social media and marketing campaigns between Binance and partners
• Create and own the content creation and content delivery process between partners and Binance, including implementing a logical, efficient and scalable approval process
• Build and lead a small team (~3) of discipline specific social media marketers that will be responsible for individual partnership execution
• Champion partnership social content internally, preparing guidelines and best practices for local teams and employees to follow
• Be a part of the central social media team, contributing towards the main Binance accounts on each platform. 
• Measure, report, and analyze the performance of campaigns across channels and translate findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations in order to improve future performance
• Innovate and implement test-and-learn strategies along with delivering results
• Have fun.

Requirements:

• Native or Fluent English language is a MUST
• Keen understanding of the crypto market
• Experience working directly with industry-leading partners
• Strong sense of communications and brand. Clear and concise style of communication, with a creative/fun spin when relevant
• Experience leading and growing small marketing teams
• Project management skills
• Execution focused
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media related roles
• Deep understanding of social media
• Strong sense of responsibility and resistance to stress
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Remote and startup experience is a plus.
