Social Media and Community Intern/Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and implement social media marketing and community engagement.
• Develop plans for social content, social-led campaigns and social content frameworks across the region, working cross-functionally with product, data, sales and design, and other teams.
• Engage and build communities through one-on-one as well as one-to-many conversations.
• Analyse social media landscape to supply actionable insight (in real-time) to both the social and greater marketing team with hot topics, breaking news, sentiment/market observations.
• Own and operate multiple official social media and signal channels, as well as the content strategy/output and results for each.
• Streamline social media accounts to ensure uniform content and tone of voice.
• Source and manage influencers to help drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Track, monitor and understand content performance through insights and analytics.

Requirements:

• Native or Fluent English language is a MUST.
• Experience in the blockchain/crypto space is a plus.
• Keen sense and strong understanding of cryptocurrency related terminologies and trends and have a liking for crypto culture.
• Demonstrates a clear and concise style of communication, with a creative/fun spin when relevant.
• Well-versed with Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, and Telegram.
• Bonus if you are familiar with YouTube, TikTok, and Discord.
