Job Description

This is a remote position.

A Product marketing manager is responsible for performing the following duties: · Identifies a coherent marketing strategy for the product · Conducts competitor analysis & market research · Shapes communication & product positioning · Identifies the product features to spotlight and empowers the sales team with clear value propositions · Explains benefits of product features via customer-facing messaging · Leads product demos & presentations · Sets up marketing campaigns for demand generation · Selects the appropriate pricing strategy for the product · Provides guidance throughout the lifecycle of the product, ranging from minimum viable products to fully mature products The product marketing manager is focused on empowering go-to-market teams such as sales, support, customer success, and account management.

Requirements

· Proven 5+ years of experience in outreach campaign strategies. · Knowledge of web3 industry (Preferred) · Impeccable verbal and written communication skills. · Well organized with great time management skills. · Outstanding Marketing skills. · Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. · Networking aptitude. · Any Graduate +MBA (will be an added advantage) Must Have: · Preferable 2+ years of NFTs /blockchain/gaming in Marketing Management at a high-growth software product organisation · Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams with experience in leading engineers and designers to deliver a product roadmap · A deep understanding and appreciation for good design and user experience · Demonstrated awareness of new technology platforms like Metaverse, DeFi, P2E, NFTs & creator economy · Previous experience with owning data metrics end-to-end · Experience in working with NFTs /Blockchain products · Experience working in a start-up or similar fast-paced, scrappy environment · Experience in developing operational efficiencies to bring quality products to market in the least amount of time
