Post Listing Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Strategy Ops: Build the rules for Credit/Risk rating for listed projects, should be execute by post listing ops 
• Delisting and monitoring all listed projects in the risk control radar, responsible for delisting execution. 
• Build the rules/SOP for trading zone upgrades, responsible for execution.  
• Build the rules/SOP for Project trading pairs add up and delete, responsible for execution
• Build the rules/SOP for Project MMs management and be responsible for regular monitoring
• Be the checker for all Post listing Ops decisions regarding the projects’ requests 
• Post listing Ops: New Project Launching follow ups with BD and Spot Ops (contract terms, liquidity, deposit, custody,etc) 
• Credit/Risk rating and prioritization for listed projects with CRM logic
• Campaign executions (Marketing, Trading,etc)  
• Project Tech requests evaluation and executions(mainnet upgradation/ token swap,etc)  
• Project Ops requests evaluation and executions  
• Project Tech\Trading\Ops\PR Accident management and solutions executions
