Junior Marketing & Community Associate, German speaking

Full-time opportunities may be available after the 6-month contract. 

Responsibilities

• Solve problems & answer questions raised by community members, and provide support and assistance on behalf of the core team
• You will help us to build a strong cryptocurrency community in Switzerland
• Social media management and content translation support
• Organise and support the implementation of community campaigns, such as Webinars, Educational Events and local meetups
• Be ready to do hard work and get responsibilities
• Help to coordinate blockchain hackathons with BNBChain in different regions of Switzerland, from ideation to execution
• Help to grow the user base and increase the awareness of the Binance brand in a fun, creative and informative way
• Help in the management and development of talents, working closely with KOLs, Youtubers and Instagrammers

Requirements

• Fluency in English & German
• Currently or recently enrolled on a University (Graduate or Postgraduate) program at a major University, preferably in Marketing/Communication
• Experience in community management, or related professional experience, with retail user communication skills, ideally with skills on Discord / Telegram / Tiktok / Instagram
• Passion for the crypto industry
• Fast learner, ready to work hard to grow in skills & a can-do attitude with pressure and tight deadlines
• Organised, reliable and rigorous personality
• Previous experiences and/or personal projects where you showed initiatives
• Good knowledge of Binance’s Products and Services and blockchain-related terminologies and trends
• Strong verbal and excellent written communication skills
