Responsibilities

• Execute on the Binance Brazil marketing and growth strategy
• Contribute to the marketing strategy with ideas to grow the Binance Brazil business
• Spot opportunities and the main point of strategic decision on Brazil's marketing activities
• Execute on the activities associated with the marketing strategy
• Delivering digital content in the form of video interviews, podcasts, and webinars
• Create a professional and smooth experience for guests and deliver high quality production for dissemination to Binance Brazil stakeholders
• Deliver to deadlines. Maintaining and updating Binance Brazil’s social media channels
• Respond to social media queries
• Create and post relevant content to Binance Brazil social media channels to drive engagement with our stakeholders
• Effectively lead and communicate with the marketing team and cross-departments to ensure product quality and Binance Brazil reputation Ensure the onboarding process is suitable for corporate clients
• Manage the ongoing demands of corporate clients such as the build out of API changes, reporting documents and integration requests
• Perform market analysis to determine competitors' product strengths and weaknesses to ensure Binance Brazil is continually leading the market
• Review the marketplace weekly and complete the competitor marketing analysis in the ROCK weekly document, or similar
• Provide recommendations utilizing the AARRR testing methodology, or similar, for changes to Binance Brazil’s digital marketing strategy based on changing market dynamics
• Represent Binance Brazil at industry events and in business development activities
• Prepare for and present at industry events such as conferences, panels and webinarsContribute to Binance Brazil’s position as a thought leader in the Brazil & Global digital exchange industry  Represent Binance Brazil at industry events and in business development activities
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations to minimize risk and enhance Binance Brazil’s reputation
• Strict adherence to all Binance Brazil’s internal security and confidentiality requirements. Contribute to Binance Brazil’s position as an ESG reporting entity.

Requirments

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications, or any other related field
• Minimum 7 years of relevant acquisition marketing experience, preferably growing a significant mobile customer base leveraging experimentation
• Proven marketing management experience with strong ownership and emotional intelligence
• Experience launching marketing initiatives
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency related terminologies and trends and have a liking for crypto cultures
• Be able to work flexible and stretched hours to interact with the crypto community as frequently as possible
• Business level fluency in English and native level fluency in the designated local language
• Execution oriented mindset - with the humility, drive, and scrappiness to get it done
