Growth Marketing Manager - France

Binance's French Marketing team is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive our local users' growth across channels. If you have a strong interest or an experience in crypto/web3 and a passion for growth marketing we would like to talk to you! This is a permanent role based in France (Paris).

Responsibilities:

• Work with the global and local cross-functional team to drive user-growth initiatives from research to ideation, conception, execution and lifecycle analysis
• Build and implement user growth framework and marketing infrastructure to facilitate and complement marketing initiatives
• Explore new channels and ideas for experimentation, optimization and acquisition growth
• Work with local teams to identify opportunities and gaps for user growth, user education
• Design and execute localized campaigns tailored to each market’s user readiness, behaviors and market trends
• Dive into data analysis to develop user personas, analyze user conversion rates, and leverage data-driven insights to create opportunities for user growth

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in growth or expansion-related roles, preferably in fast-paced industries
• Curious about users and how to grow users (in terms of volume, transactions) especially in an industry that hasn’t touched the majority of the world’s population
• Willing to get his/her hands ‘dirty’, to get into the details to understand local nuances, user behaviours, crypto/defi trends, and most importantly, willing to embark on a learning journey
• Comfortable with data and data analysis
• Highly organized and comfortable working across time zones and multiple projects
• Great interpersonal skills to be able to build relationships with multiple stakeholders
• Crypto industry experience would be of an advantage
• Fluent English and French is a must
