Responsibilities
Implement strategies to grow portfolio leaders and portfolio copiers via community management amongst other approaches.
Deliver and pitch business models to users, partners, to acquire and build the relationships with clients.
Coordinate with different business teams (Data, Product, Ops, Marketing, Country Teams, Customer Service) to deliver growth of the social trading platform.
Improve product quality and gather user feedback to enhance user experience.
Analyse competitor movements and find opportunities to grow market share.
Requirements
Only candidates with native level of Vietnamese and English will be considered.
Basic industry knowledge and experience.
Social trading background is a plus.
Community management experience with both retail and institutional clients.
2-5 years experience in a financial services/crypto/fintech company.
Experience working on and delivering new products with basic marketing/growth sense.
