The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Job Description:

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Handling Business Development by calling/ emailing
  • Supporting to Internal sales Support Team
  • Handling customer Mapping till Customer feedback.
  • Negotiation with the support of management.
  • Involvement in all-new leads/ prospects to avoid confusion
  • Maintain relation with commercial/ technical team at customer end.
  • Alternate day strict monitoring by various team leads/ admin department
  • Authorized for taking decisions for product demonstration

Requirements

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Development
  • 3yrs+ Experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
  • Impeccable communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
  • Education-MBA/PGDM/PGP
