About Binance Accelerator Program

Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Who may apply

Current university students and recent graduates

•     Conduct user and industry research in the crypto/Web3 fields and form a report.
•     Track the Telegram ecosystem, analyze and study mini-programs.
•     Analyze exchange products and competitors, provide feedback on UI/UX and user operations.
•     Conduct research and analysis on the crypto situation in different markets.

•     Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in local university, year 2/3 students are preferred.
•     Demonstrates an understanding of and interest in the cryptocurrency sector.
•     Strong proficiency in Excel preferred.
•     Possesses strong communication skills, enabling effective engagement with internal stakeholders.
•     Persistent with a keen attention to detail.
•     Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable to work in a fast-paced remote working environment.
•     Embraces a hands-on approach to tasks and problem-solving.
•     Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate with external stakeholders.
