Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Who may apply

Current university students and recent graduates

• Plan the campaign schedule in collaboration with BD and manage the campaign execution.
• Prepare marketing content and materials for (POS)and DeFi project, including landing page, social media, CRM. 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including BD, product,  design, legals to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution..
• Collaborate with  KOLs to promote Web3 earn products.
• Develop marketing campaigns aimed at driving new user acquisition and increasing TVL.

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin
• Self-learning personality and ability to work independently
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and many moving parts at once
• Highly organized and comfortable working across time zones and multiple projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Previous experiences in BD or marketing would be an advantage
• Creative to develop unique ideas and expanding on them is a plus
• Strong interest and knowledge about crypto, blockchain technology, and the Binance ecosystem are desirable
