About Binance Accelerator Program 

Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career.

Who may apply

Current University students and recent Graduates who can work at least 4 days per week for a period of 6 months.

• Assist in planning and promoting mini-games;
• Follow up on mini-game development progress and communicate with the technical team to ensure smooth product launch;
• Analyze user behavior through data and propose operational and optimization suggestions.

• Strong interest in the cryptocurrency industry and user growth;
• Strong data analysis skills;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
• Quick learning ability, capable of adapting and proposing effective solutions in complex environments;
• Creative thinking, capable of proposing unique activities and promotional ideas;
• Understanding of product design, market promotion, and user operations is preferred;
• Familiarity with popular social media platforms, basic programming skills or project management experience is a plus.

• In-depth involvement in core projects of a leading cryptocurrency exchange, gaining insights into the latest industry trends and technologies;
• Participation in the process of user growth and product operations;
• Full-cycle experience in large-scale campaign execution;
• Improved data analysis, project management, and cross-department communication skills through hands-on experience;
