Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Who may apply

Current University students and recent Graduates who can commit at least 6 months tenure, minimum 3 days per week.

• Responsible for the development of big data platform tools
• Responsible for the research and application of big data platform component technology
• Assist in solving performance optimization, operation and maintenance monitoring analysis, and troubleshooting of big data platform components
• Assist in the introduction of new technologies, tackle technical difficulties, and solve technical difficulties encountered in projects

• Proficient in writing Hive SQL and SQL tuning
• Familiar with the basic technology of Python or Java, with project development experience in SprintCloud and SprintBoot
• Understand one or several components in Hadoop, Hive, Doris, Flink, Trino, Elastic-search, and Kafka
• Familiar with LLM and Prompt Engineering, interested in AI technology
• Good skills in cross team collaboration and communication
