Responsibilities:

• To work with the Academy/content team in growing and increasing content output consistently
• To maintain a consistently high standard of editorial through your editing and guidance
• To work alongside our growth engineer and master editor/content lead and understand how to grow an audience sustainably
• To always be actively monitoring google analytics and looking for opportunities to grow our audience
• To always be looking to understand the motives and intent of our users
• To align our product and content strategies in the day-to-day overseeing of the team
• To align our content to our network of distribution channels
• To build our curriculums and create educational content for Binance Academy
• Requirements:
• 3+ years of editorial or content related experience
• Research and data-driven, with a strong pulse on cryptocurrency, blockchain and other web3 topics
• Good insights on educational topics and skills to respond to trending topics quickly
• Strong sense of responsibility, logical thinking, self-motivation, and teamwork
• Bachelor's degree or above in journalism, media, communications, or related fields is an added advantage
• Native or Fluent English is required
