Tradesim is a division of Eightcap that provides simulated trading technology. is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive our growth and product strategy.

The Senior Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Eightcap’s simulated trading division. This person will be responsible for developing and executing product and market strategies that align with the fast-evolving prop trading landscape and for providing product leadership based on understanding market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy for key white label home brands that ensures product differentiation, brand identity and direction.
• Engage closely with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Partners, Product Operations, Customer Support, Engineering and Risk to execute the product strategy for each brand to deliver the key accountabilities.
• Key accountabilities for relevant brands include revenue generation via partners and direct marketing, risk management, product development and introduction of new features in line with the product strategy, oversee digital strategy and social media execution, promotion management, and day-to-day responsibility to ensure the product is working as expected and manage day-to-day issues.
• Act as the central point of contact for all brand-related activity for the relevant white label home brands.
• Collaborate with Discord moderators to support community engagement.
• Identify and target new industry verticals and opportunities for growth within the simulated trading and trading education sectors.
• Stay ahead of competitors by understanding market shifts, emerging technologies, and industry needs.
• Help to shape the future of our product offering by leveraging your knowledge of the proprietary trading and adjacent industries (e.g. crypto exchanges, FX trading, web3 and gamified e-commerce products).
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to explain the product vision and how it fits into the broader trading landscape and fills a need.
• Lead and manage a small team of product managers, ensuring that all members are aligned and have consistent methodologies. 
• Utilise internal systems, processes and software to facilitate outcomes for your white label brands.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and foster a high-performance culture.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to keep Tradesim competitive and relevant and develop strategies to ensure Tradesim is positioned as a leader in the market
• Utilise insights to refine and adjust product offerings as necessary, including but not limited to trading platforms, back-end technology and user interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with the technology team to ensure the prop trading platform ecosystem remains cutting-edge.
• Understand the technical aspects of the platform and how they can be leveraged to offer a superior trading experience.
• Act as a bridge between technical and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives. 
• Communicate the product vision clearly to all stakeholders.
• Look ahead to identify and plan for future trends in proprietary trading. 

• Demonstrated ability to drive product strategy and execution.
• Proven trading track record and experience; an understanding of the prop trading landscape is desirable. 
• Solid knowledge of trading technology, including FX, crypto, web3 or financial markets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
• Relationships within the prop trading industry is desirable but not essential. 
• Experience managing and scaling a product team is desirable.
