About The Role:

As the Web3 Strategy Lead, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to execute a successful token launch, build meaningful adoption, and execute our vision with an impactful messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fundraising & Investor Relations:
• Assist in fundraising efforts
• Work with the executive team to build strong relationships with investors and stakeholders.
• Token Launch Support
• Partnerships & Ecosystem Development:
• Identify and establish partnerships that position Hyperbolic as a central player in the AI and blockchain spaces.
• Collaborate with the product team to ensure that our offerings align with the needs of both web2 and web3 customers.
• Strategic Planning & Execution:
• Lead the development and execution of our three phase strategic plan.
• Spearhead the strategy for our token launch, ensuring we build towards meaningful adoption and paint a resonating vision with clear, impactful messaging.
• Market Positioning & Messaging:
• Develop and refine messaging strategies for both web3 and web2 audiences, ensuring our positioning resonates with the right stakeholders.
• Work closely with the marketing team to craft and amplify our vision across different platforms.
• Product Strategy & Development:
• Assist in the preparation and launch of the GPUfi product, overseeing integration with DeFi protocols, and securing data center partnerships.
• Drive the evolution of Hyperbolic AI 2.0, ensuring that our products meet market demands and differentiate us from competitors.
• Customer Success & Growth:
• Build and refine the customer success playbook, ensuring that we scale effectively and increase annual recurring revenue (ARR).
• Lead efforts to onboard key customers, focusing on both startups and large enterprises.

Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy, preferably with a focus on web3 or blockchain technology.

Possess deep knowledge of the web3 landscape, including DeFi, tokenomics, and blockchain-based business models.

Have a proven track record of executing successful strategic initiatives, especially in fast-paced, innovative environments.

Previous experience with successful token launches and DeFi integrations.
