Web3 Product Manager

Our client is a leading NFT platform for the world's most iconic brands, sports teams, and celebrities. Their no-code dashboard, best-in-class API, and industry-leading creatives make it easy to build a bespoke, branded NFT marketplace. Backed by CAA and Sotheby’s, their customer list is chock-full of household names across sports, entertainment, and more and they are creating the future of engagement.

They are looking for a Web3 Product Manager to drive the development and management of innovative blockchain-based products. This role is ideal for someone with significant experience in product management, a deep understanding of the Web3 industry, blockchain, and cryptocurrency, and excellent English communication skills.

Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home) - 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development: Lead the development of new Web3 products from the ground up, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy and vision.

• Client and Stakeholder Management: Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.

• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables, coordinating with the development team to ensure timely and quality outcomes.

• Team Collaboration: Meet regularly with the development team to review ideas, designs, and progress, facilitating effective collaboration and communication.

• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to analyze business models, identify opportunities, and inform product strategy.

• Wireframing: Create detailed wireframes to guide the development process and ensure clear understanding of product features and functionalities.

• Qualitative & Quantitative Analysis: Utilize qualitative and quantitative analysis to make informed decisions and optimize product performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 5-7 years of proven experience in product management, with 2-3 years in Web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrency.

• Product Development: Demonstrated ability to lead product development from concept to launch.

• Client and Stakeholder Management: Strong skills in managing client and stakeholder relationships.

• Project Management: Experience in overseeing project timelines, resources, and deliverables.

• Market Research: Excellent research skills to analyze business models and market opportunities.

• Wireframing: Proficiency in creating wireframes to guide product development.

• Qualitative & Quantitative Analysis: Strong analytical skills for making data-driven decisions.

• Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Expertise: In-depth understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency.

• NFT Knowledge (Nice to Have): Experience with NFTs and personal crypto wallets.

• Communication Skills: Native fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively, ensuring timely completion.
