About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager with a strong focus on Web3 technologies. The ideal candidate will have a background in emergent consumer brand marketing and possess excellent brand sense. Proficiency in Chinese is essential for this role, and the candidate should be located in an Asian city.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to support Web3 projects.
- Create compelling content for social media platforms, especially Twitter, to engage the Web3 community and generate excitement around our projects.
- Design engaging and videos that highlight brand image and value, using innovative concepts to enhance brand attention and impression.
- Initiate marketing campaigns to accompany major product updates and community events. This includes hands-on work from planning to task detailing to content delivery, requiring significant communication and documentation efforts to be executed personally.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to plan and implement social media campaigns across all stages of project launches, from pre-launch to post-launch.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize content performance and inform future strategies.
- Engage with the community, respond to inquiries, and foster positive relationships with influencers, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and platforms in social media marketing and the Web3 space.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing successful marketing campaigns, particularly in emergent consumer brand and brand concept marketing.
- Deep understanding of the emergent consumer brand ecosystem, including brand building and market promotion.
- Strong interest in Web3 technologies, including cryptocurrencies, NFTs, and blockchain, with a willingness to learn and stay updated with emerging trends.
- Experience in all stages of project launches, from pre-launch to post-launch.
- Strong brand-building skills and a keen sense for creating content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Strong creative skills and ability to develop innovative marketing concepts.
