Web3 Community Lead

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Web3 Community Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will deeply understand Web3 communities, particularly those centered around gaming platforms like Roblox and Minecraft. This role requires expertise in managing and growing communities on Discord, Reddit, and Facebook, focusing on engagement, content creation, and community support.

Responsibilities:

• Community Management: Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage our Web3 communities across various platforms, including Discord, Reddit, and Facebook.
• Content Creation: Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our community members, including articles, videos, and social media posts.
• Engagement: Foster a positive and active community environment by responding to comments, questions, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Event Coordination: Plan and execute community events, such as AMAs, webinars, and gaming tournaments, to promote community interaction and engagement.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor community metrics and provide regular reports on community growth, engagement, and feedback to the team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to ensure community feedback is incorporated into our products and services.

• Proven experience in managing and growing online communities, with a strong focus on Discord, Reddit, and Facebook.
• Deep understanding of Web3 technologies and communities, including blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized applications.
• Strong experience in gaming communities, specifically Roblox and Minecraft.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire community members.
• Ability to create engaging content and foster a positive community environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure community performance and derive insights.
• A genuine passion for Web3 technologies, gaming, and community building.
• Experience in planning and executing virtual and in-person events.
• Proficiency in using various social media platforms to promote community engagement.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle community issues and conflicts effectively.
