Verivest is an AI-powered real estate fund administration firm empowering and enabling fund managers to deliver superior investment experience for their investors. Founded in 2017, we saw an opportunity to provide specialized fund administration services to middle market real estate investment managers, who are generally outpriced and underserved in the fund admin space. By leveraging our 30+ years of experience in the real estate space, and $3B in Assets Under Administration, we deliver a wealth of industry specific knowledge and a proven track record to our clients.
We are now entering a new growth phase at Verivest, expanding our products and services to new markets. We have partnered with DwellFi, pioneers in AI, blockchain, and tokenization, to disrupt the legacy fund administration industry with our unique combination of propriety technology and deep real estate expertise. Our solution uses an AI-enabled technology suite to deliver accounting, investor reporting and business insights to our clients and their investors more efficiently and accurately, all with a blanket of white-glove service. We invite you to join us as we build a new generation of fund administration for tech-forward investment managers.
