VP, Product Strategy & Operations

You are a strategic thinker always looking for ways to offer creative solutions to ensure projects meet the finish line and adhere to our standards or quality. You proactively provide clarity to stakeholders around projects, plan for risks and dependencies, and ensure that all stakeholders have clear visibility into project milestones and health. You are an inspirational leader to a top-notch team of engineers, designers, entrepreneurs-in-residence, and project managers. You are able to frequently “altitude shift” between big picture strategic thinking and day-to-day support on the studio floor, always keeping your eye on the long term vision for Decent Labs. 

Responsibilities

• Successful delivery of projects from branding, product design, and software development
• Managing, leading, holding accountable, and growing the studio team
• Studio operations including roadmaps, estimates, team structure, and project health reporting 
• Studio delivery including quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction
• Studio resourcing
• Growing and developing the Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) program
• Profitability of the studio

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience leading multi-departmental teams
• Experience leading multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Experience managing engineering teams
• P&L ownership experience
• Impeccable eye for quality
• Passion for product development
• Experience as a Head of Product, Founder, Director of Innovation and Strategy, Director of Studio Operations, Senior Director of Operations, or similar roles
• Experience in a studio or agency strongly preferred
• Passion for crypto
