Hex Trust Markets is part of Hex Trust group, an established trading desk with mature infrastructure, global banking rails, licenses in key jurisdictions, trading APIs, and connectivity to major liquidity providers. Our on/off-ramping business has seen tremendous growth, and we are hiring a VP of OTC Sales to continue that trajectory.
The trading infrastructure is fully operational. The successful candidate will join an institutional desk with established systems, connectivity, and operational frameworks already in place, enabling them to focus on revenue generation from day one.
We offer an attractive, formula-based, uncapped bonus structure tied directly to originated flow.
We are seeking a VP+ OTC Sales professional with a demonstrable network within the cryptocurrency industry. The ideal candidate will have been part of a rapidly growing crypto business, consistently generated institutional trading volumes, and demonstrated the ability to convert relationships into recurring flow.
The role involves owning the commercial cycle end-to-end: prospecting, onboarding coordination, and ongoing client coverage. Responsibilities include selling execution and on/off-ramp solutions, growing wallet share, and driving repeat volumes. This is a pure origination role offering high autonomy, transparent performance-based economics, and direct impact on revenues from day one.
