About the Role
Serotonin is seeking a full cycle Recruiter to support the growth of Serotonin’s internal hiring needs and our external client recruiting service. This recruiter will be tasked with partnering with the Head of Recruitment to ensure that our team is on track to source, select and close on qualified job candidates for our internal teams and our external clients. The person in this role will join and collaborate with a growing recruiting team, including our Head of Recruitment, as well as work directly with our clients.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator with proven experience filling a variety of jobs for different departments and seniority levels. This person comes through with either proven knowledge in communicating about blockchain and Web3 concepts or has a deep invested interest in learning these subjects. Candidates must have a strong interest in these topics with an eagerness to expand their knowledge as new clients in new use cases require recruiting support. This role provides the Recruiter an opportunity to work closely with emerging and established Web3 companies alike to help them hire top talent.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen and loop passive candidates and further engage qualified inbound candidates
- Conduct intake meetings with internal and external hiring managers to agree on qualifications criteria for candidates while providing continuous candidate interviewing progress to appropriate parties
- Continually conduct market research on top job board websites to strategically place our job ads to increase top of funnel - both within crypto and traditional platforms
- Actively execute on quarterly OKRs within the broader Serotonin ecosystem in relation to the recruiting goals
- Continually update talent pipeline with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities within serotonin or for our external clients
- Stay on top of technology trends and company announcements across the Web3 and traditional ecosystem
- Remain well-versed in the recruiting strategies across the crypto and traditional ecosystem
- Help maintain recruiting operations and progress for managed clients to ensure goals and progress are being met
- Work closely with the Head of Recruitment to develop and strategize new and fresh ways to increase our top of funnel
- Expressed interest to travel to global crypto related events
What you bring to the table
- 2-4 years experience at a recruiting firm as a full cycle recruiter or similar role
- Proven ability to manage the first hiring stages (sourcing, screening, interviewing)
- Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels
- Experience with various interview formats (i.e. zoom, google meet, discord, telegram)
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
- Crypto and blockchain knowledge is a plus
- Organizational and time management skills
- A desire and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agency environment.
- Familiarity with google suite, greenhouse, linkedin, crypto twitter and common job boards
