*****Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience in treasury, brokerage operations, banking operations, payments, custody, digital assets, securities operations, or a related financial services environment.

*****Prior experience in a regulated financial institution, broker-dealer, investment dealer, fintech, cryptocurrency platform, or digital asset business is strongly preferred.

*****Demonstrated experience with cash, securities, or digital asset reconciliation and settlement processes.

*****Experience managing operational controls, approval workflows, segregation of duties, and exception management.

*****Familiarity with digital asset custody and wallet infrastructure such as Fireblocks, Coinbase, BitGo, or similar platforms is highly desirable.

*****Knowledge of blockchain transaction flows, wallet architecture, on-chain transactions, and digital asset settlement processes is an asset.
