Tokenization Project Manager

This role is to become a Tokenization Project Manager for existing and future clients in Real Estate and Investment sectors. You will be working with a wide variety of professionals, including real estate developers, real estate fund/asset managers, and general investment fund/portfolio managers.

Role Overview

Upside is seeking a full-time Project Manager to oversee the entire Token Issuance lifecycle, from kick-off to issuance to ongoing management.

Responsibilities

• For our Token Issuer clients, oversee and manage all phases of the Tokenization Roadmap (Project Details, Design, Deployment, Management)
• Collaborate with internal DRIs (Directly Responsible Individuals) and external partners to ensure scope and timelines are met.
• Act as main point of contact for all Issuer communications
• Identify, analyze, and manage potential or existing risks that could hinder the success or legality of the project.
• Develop and maintain project documentation
• Understand the competitive landscape and ensure our token issuance strategy is positioned optimally.
• Leverage project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in project management, with client-facing experience
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, crypto assets, and related regulations.
• Prior experience with securities issuance, (STOs), (ICOs), or similar blockchain-based fundraising methods a plus.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and achieve objectives in a timely manner.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or similar platforms.
