Ticket and Group Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

Fan Controlled Football is looking for a Ticket and Group Sales Coordinator to jump into the middle of the season to help drive revenue in the form of completely filling the seats in our 2 game sessions each Saturday. The primary responsibility of this role is to sell FCF Season 2 ticket and group packages to local businesses, groups, organizations, and individuals while also selling premium seating spots in our VIP Suites at our venue at Pullman Yards in Midtown, Atlanta. This position needs to be filled as soon as possible and runs through mid-June with potential for expansion longer in the year, and is required to be in-person at our venue in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day focus of generating new sales revenue through outbound calls and connectivity in with community organizations
• Setting up and managing face to face appointments for ticket sales opportunities, including stadium tours for prospects
• Creating group prospecting opportunities that generate a high frequency of face-to-face interactions
• Manage, track and monitor group sales asset to ensure optimal sell-thru rate and maximize revenues
• Support direct reports in the development of healthy and robust group sales pipelines
• Provide recommendations to increase group lead generation
• Sell new full season tickets, partial season tickets, group tickets, and premium seats including nightly suites
• Meet or exceed daily outbound call volume goals
• Work games, nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned
• Meets or exceeds weekly and monthly sales goals
• Provides excellent customer service at all times on the phone and in person at venue
• Present self in professional manner, and FALSE ability to interact with all levels of the organization
• Actively assists customer service efforts by emailing tickets or promotion materials to current and prospective clients
• Display high level of integrity, positivity, and accountability in all aspects of the job
• Assist customers/troubleshoot mobile ticketing questions

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year experience within the sports or entertainment industry
• Minimum of 1 year of inside sales or ticket management experience
• Prior experience successfully selling products or services
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office
• Prior Tickster or other ticketing platform experience a plus
• Proven ability in prior customer service
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
• Must possess problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
