Requirements

• 7+ years of professional expertise in writing, technical documentation, and translating technical and functional information
• Experience with SOC2 compliance and a current understanding of compliance best practices
• Support the DevOps team by providing guidance and developing procedures to handle customer data
• English fluency, verbal and written
• Professional, empathic, team player
• Problem solver, proactive, go-getter
