Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting efforts and create a lasting and impactful candidate experience
• Support the management of end-to-end talent acquisition including but not limited to sourcing, recruiting and recruitment operations
• Scheduling interviews; overseeing preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
• Maintaining a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions
• Send communications to candidates during the recruitment process

Requirements

• Experience with full life-cycle recruiting including sourcing, recruiting, scheduling, and interviewing in-house
• 2 years of recruiting experience in a technical industry or company
• A team player who can influence and develop effective partnerships with a variety of stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
• Skilled at identifying and engaging passive candidates and building diverse pipelines
