About the role:

Reservoir is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our operations team on a short term contract (6-9 months) with option to extend. As our only in-house Technical Recruiter you will be responsible for our entire recruitment process, helping us build up a team of the best web3 talent from around the world.

About you:

• You are passionate and knowledgeable about web3, NFTs and other emerging technologies
• You care deeply about building a diverse recruiting pipeline and inclusive work environment
• You have a background of success in rapidly scaling teams in partnership with hiring managers
• You are highly organized and have great communication skills
• You thrive in a fast paced, high-autonomy environment

Skills and qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a Technical Recruiting role
• Experience using Ashby or other recruiting software
• Experience recruiting for a web3 company preferred
