Janusea is seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting with the triage of client problems, assessing code to create API designs and developer plans, writing product documentation and release notes, testing APIs with Postman, and reviewing product performance with Datadog. Experience with core banking technology and previous work at a bank or credit union is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the triage of client problems, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Assess code to create robust API designs and detailed developer plans.
• Write comprehensive product documentation and release notes to ensure clear communication of product updates.
• Test APIs using Postman to ensure functionality and performance.
• Review and analyze product performance using Datadog, identifying areas for improvement.
• Create core feature maps to ensure normalization and code efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product integration and delivery.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in a technical product analyst role or similar position.
• Strong understanding of API design and development.
• Proficiency in using Postman for API testing.
• Experience with Datadog for performance monitoring and analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with core banking technology and previous work at a bank or credit union is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Understanding of banking core API integration is a preferred skill.
• Self-motivated and driven to solve problems.
• Familiarity with core banking systems and financial technology.
• Previous experience working in a bank or credit union.
