You'll Spend Your Time 👀
- Responsible for the recruiting activity within the non technical space, including all Growth (Sales and Marketing) functions, People Operations, Staffing, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Legal and PA support functions.
- Help with the hiring efforts for senior roles in partnership with external partners
- Develop our internal DEI program and unbiased interview processes
- Deliver the best in class hiring process and candidate experience for all non-tech roles
- Contribute to how we approach key areas like employer branding, diversity & inclusion, emerging talent etc. by creating scalable processes and shaping how non-tech hires are made at MoonPay
- Act as the main point of contact for most non-technical roles
- Own key relationships with C-Suite level stakeholders for critical roles to the organization
- Develop, present and implement a hiring strategy for all non-tech roles within MoonPay
You Should Apply If ✅
- You have extensive knowledge of the full recruitment life cycle, with skills in sourcing, managing stakeholders, closing candidates, drawing insights from Data, and creating processes.
- You have proven experience hiring for non-technical roles through direct sourcing at leading startups or fast growing tech companies
- You have passion for developing DEI program and unbiased interview processes
- Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and tolerance of ambiguity
- You're passionate about building high performing and cohesive teams and to do this see cultural assessment as a key part of the hiring process

Our interview process takes place on Zoom and tends to consist of the following stages:
- Recruiter call (30 minutes)
- Initial screen (30-45 minutes)
- Remote take-home task (role dependent)
- Final interview (2 hours)
