Job Description

Location: NYC (Hybrid – at least 4 days onsite/week)

We are seeking a talented Software Developer to join our team and work on automation and VPM-related projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL and low-code/no-code platforms, with a passion for optimizing business processes and delivering impactful solutions.

Role and responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automation applications to support business needs.
• Configure and enhance VPM-related systems and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and deliver automation opportunities.
• Research, analyze, and optimize business processes for efficiency.
• Contribute to the collection and definition of business and technical requirements.
• Support applications in a production environment across multiple business units.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical issues.
• Work closely with international teams to ensure consistent delivery standard

Qualifications

Skills and qualifications

• +4 year of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, stored procedures, and database design.
• Proven experience in low-code/no-code Microsoft Power Platform
• Solid background in workflow automation and business process optimization.
• Experience working in production environments within financial services (Bank, Insurances)
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
• Ability to collaborate on requirements gathering and technical specifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and within a global team.
