Our client is a well-known, mid-sized business specializing in commercial and multifamily projects up to $100 million. Much of their work is ground-up/wood-frame, Biotech/Healthcare and their pipeline is built out for several years. Given their increased workload, they are seeking to hire high-potential professionals to drive their business forward through quality work and excellent service.

Job Description

The Successful Applicant

The Lead Superintendent has:* At least 7 years of construction experience * Led a minimum of two projects, over $20 million in value * An understanding of multifamily or commercial construction * A Bachelor's Degree in a construction-related field * Excellent communication skills
