About Our Client

With 75+ years in the industry out client is looking to expand their team for new projects coming up in the summer of 2022! This family owned general contractor specializes in interior renovations for a wide range of projects including commercial health care, retail, and office spaces. As a member of their team you will not be considered just a number but a valuable asset to the completion of all projects.

Job Description

• Responsible for the entire project from start to finish
• Run day to day operations using your knowledge of the construction process
• Maintain proper safety standards
• Work closely with the project manager to ensure the project is on schedule and exceeds industry standards
• Make creative on-site decisions having to do with any plan alterations necessary

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of project management experience or training
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lead by example in a highly collaborative team environment
• Excellent problem solving skills
• TI, Lab work, and Life Science Experience
