Strategy Associate - Web3

We’re looking for a Strategy Associate — a smart, hungry, and flexible operator who’s ready to wear multiple hats and help bring new ventures to life. You’ll work side-by-side with the team on everything from research and ideation to GTM, partnerships, tokenomics, and beyond.

• Fresh grads or 1–3 years experience in consulting, venture capital, tech startups, or relevant fields
• Strong academic background and analytical thinking
•  Passion for crypto, DeFi, GameFi, and Entrepreneurship — you live and breathe this space (or want to)
• A bias for action, strong ownership mindset, and comfort with ambiguity
• Great communicator 

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a venture builder: Support the ideation, validation, and early-stage execution of new Web3 startups.
• Dive deep into the space: Conduct research across DeFi, GameFi, crypto infrastructure, DAOs, and emerging trends.
• Run the numbers: Build models, projections, and business cases to support strategic decisions.
• Wear multiple hats: Jump into whatever’s needed — growth, partnerships, token design, community, or product.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with founders, devs, designers, and external partners to get things moving.
• Learn fast, move faster: Iterate on ideas and pivot when needed — we don’t waste time on things that don’t work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working at a crypto-native company, venture capital fund, or DAO.
• Experience with tokenomics or early-stage token launches
• Familiarity with tokenomics design and decentralized governance models.
• Familiarity with tools like Dune, Notion, Figma, or Web3 dashboards
• Passion for decentralization and the future of the internet.
• Active in crypto communities or building side projects in the space
