We're seeking a Staff Software Engineer, Infrastructure

Dynamic allows developers to build beautiful onchain experiences by offering effortless wallet log in, multi-chain embedded wallets and scale-ready auth and user management. Dynamic powers the most chains and wallets across any provider in the ecosystem, and works with Web3 powerhouses such as Magic Eden, Animoca Brands, Pudgy Penguins, Doodles, Starknet, and more. By streamlining Web3 onboarding and login, Dynamic allows developers to focus on their core product, and end-users to take advantage of blockchain rails without complexity.

You will be a fantastic fit for this role if: 

• You have 10+ years of experience in DevOps and infrastructure engineering

• You've scaled infrastructure in a high-growth startup environment.

• You have deep experience with AWS (AWS-CDK, ECS/Fargate, PostgreSQL/Aurora, Redis, CodePipeline) and Cloudflare (WAF/DNS/etc).

• You’ve worked on security (pen tests, bug bounty programs) and compliance audits (e.g., SOC2).

• Bonus points for experience with AWS Nitro Enclaves and trusted execution environments.

• You’re familiar with enterprise IT tools like OKTA and Kandji.

• You can think strategically to address new opportunities and security challenges.

• You love to learn and are passionate about web3 (a huge plus for experience in Web3), security, and identity technologies.

You will:

• Architect and drive the evolution of Dynamic's cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, performance, and security as we grow.

• Champion security and compliance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks while ensuring adherence to standards like SOC2.

• Collaborate strategically with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure initiatives with broader company goals, supporting both product innovation and operational excellence.

• Mentor and lead the infrastructure team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and innovation.

• Take ownership of the infrastructure roadmap, guiding decisions on scaling, security, and reliability to meet the demands of a rapidly growing platform.

• Influence key infrastructure decisions, balancing immediate needs with long-term strategy, while preparing Dynamic for increased traffic, complexity, and security challenges.

• Lead the automation and optimization of our CI/CD pipelines, enabling seamless and reliable deployments across multiple environments.
