As a Staff Backend Engineer, you will:

• Architect and develop backend systems to ensure the smooth operation of our blockchains
• Build secure and scalable crypto-native systems on EVM blockchains ie indexers or relayers
• Take ownership of new features from conception through to deployment for our self-serve infrastructure platform
• Take the lead on data model design, ensuring that databases are optimized for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Engage in performance tuning and optimization efforts, profiling systems then reducing latency + increasing throughput
• Be a source of technical leadership and mentorship; for example, providing high-quality feedback and code reviews for junior engineers

Previous start up or scale up experience

Previously built secure and scalable crypto-native systems on EVM blockchains ie indexers or relayers

Experience with Go or TypeScript

Experience with modern infrastructure (containerization, infrastructure as code, kubernetes etc)

Based in US
