About the Role
As a (Sr.) product manager of CertiK enterprise products, you will be working with sales, marketing, engineering & business units, responsible for all aspects of product development from ideation to Go-To-Market. You are the one to define the best product features to serve the needs of our enterprise clients including project teams, exchange, and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and product opportunities
- Work across functional teams (engineering, marketing, and sales) and develop expert level knowledge about our customers
- Develop product strategy and product roadmap
- Research and synthesize market and technology trends along with a competitive analysis that feeds the product strategy & roadmaps
- Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
- Define key product success metrics and seek for continuous improvements
- Work closely with the engineering team in the early product definition and development phase, defining product specification and feature sets with the understanding of engineering feasibility
- Develop go-to-market strategies, core positioning and messaging schemes, and revenue forecasts
- Propose budget and conduct ROI analysis
- Be an evangelist to our products
- Monitor product adoption and customer satisfaction and proactively take actions to bolster and improve both
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management with full development lifecycle experience in SaaS
- Demonstrated success in defining and launching the software, SaaS, or other tech products
- Experience in scrum or similar agile practices
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
- A self-starter and like to get things done
- Strong market research and analysis capability
- Adaptable and hands-on, alongside working strategically to develop the longer-term visions
- Good business judgment with the ability to be decisive with available information
- Creative, analytical, detailed-oriented
- Startup experience a plus
- Experience in Blockchain technologies will be a major plus
- Experience in FinTech, trading firms will be a major plus
- Minimum Computer Science and MBA related degrees.

Compensation
Target annual salary for this role performed in the US is $120,000 - $200,000. The exact compensation at which this job is filled will be determined by the skills and experience of qualified candidates.
