Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Spanish-speaking clients to identify their specific goals and offer customized blockchain and cryptocurrency solutions.
• Provide expert information on the advantages, risks, and uses of blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies.
• Guide clients through the entire implementation process, offering support and troubleshooting as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest market and technological trends to share relevant insights with clients.
• Conduct informative training sessions and workshops to enhance clients’ understanding of blockchain technology.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor in the world of cryptocurrency.

• Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages would be a plus.
• Experience in consulting or customer support, particularly in the cryptocurrency or blockchain sectors.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency principles.
• A genuine interest in emerging technologies and their business applications.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in the quickly evolving field of cryptocurrency.
