Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our team in the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with experience in omnichannel campaign execution and platform maintenance. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions in a multi-org environment.
• Administer and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring optimal performance and configuration management, including Marketing Cloud Connect.
• Develop and optimize marketing automation processes using SSJS, AMPscript, Content Builder, SQL, Email Studio, and Journey Builder.
• Monitor, investigate, and resolve platform-related issues to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices in Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
• Configure and manage Marketing Cloud Connect with SalesCloud and/or ServiceCloud.
• Ensure seamless data integration with platforms like Snowflake, Palantir Foundry, and others using SOAP and REST APIs. Veeva Vault knowledge a plus

Qualifications

Knowledge of omnichannel marketing strategies.

Strong focus on providing omnichannel support.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.

Proven expertise in multi-org SFMC environments and strong understanding of API integrations (SOAP, REST).

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Expertise across a broader portfolio of digital channels preferred.

Ability to solve problems based on analytical thought and complex judgment, requiring in-depth knowledge of the market and experience in multi- and omnichannel marketing.

High listening and reformulation skills to identify and serve internal customer needs.

Ability to explain complex, technical, or difficult situations to others in a comprehensible way.

Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to drive projects in parallel across numerous countries in different time zones.

Solution and results-oriented with a proven ability to support cross-functional projects.

Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
