As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be supporting our Revenue organization to drive revenue growth. You will partner with the Revenue teams across sales and customer success to support their strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs in-depth and guiding them to a technical solution. You will also develop a deep understanding of QuickNode products and work closely with the Revenue team to ensure customer success. You will serve as a technical liaison between product management and go to market to drive innovation.  We’re looking for a self-starter, who is communication-focused with a deep sense of ownership and a team mentality to collaborate on achieving the best design for our systems and infrastructure. 

Experience Required

    • 5+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer in an Enterprise Software company
    • Excellent presentations skills (verbal & written)
    • A creative mindset and the ability to be able to explain complex technical problems in a simple way
    • Outstanding presenting skills to both technical and executive audiences
    • Ability to translate non-technical requirements into technical requirements
    • Writing software to meet customer needs. Familiarity with Ethereum, Solana, and Bitcoin JSON-RPCs
    • Familiarity with Web3
    • Ability to create documents and proposals for non-technical sales team to understand requirements

What You'll be doing:

    • Working with customers on a daily basis to understand technical requirements for both net net and existing customers 
    • Driving adoption of Quicknode products and helping customers tackle technical hurdles 
    • Work directly with our sales/ customer success teams to ensure expansion and retention of businesses as they build on top of Quicknode 
    • Conduct presentations that clearly articulate our value prop and company story
    • Help establish and refine technical playbooks 
    • Provide technical training to enable our teams our customers 
    • Identify and communicate process improvement suggestions, drive technical best practices within the organization and communicate clear customer feedback and trends into the product lifecycle process 
    • Remain up-to-date on QuickNode solutions and products
    • Work with our product management, partners, and sales teams in order to drive innovation in our Cloud Data Platform
Having experience in developing Web3 applications would be hugely beneficial.
