By streamlining Web3 onboarding and login, Dynamic allows developers to focus on their core product, and end-users to take advantage of blockchain rails without complexity.

The Role

As a Solutions Architect at Dynamic, you will play a key role in developing and delivering innovative technical solutions to meet our customers’ complex needs. You will be working closely with our Sales, Product, and Engineering teams while functioning externally as a trusted technical advisor to prospective users by performing technical discovery qualification, answering technical questions both pre-sale and post-sale, and delivering product demonstrations and troubleshooting.  This work will be done across all of Dynamic’s customer base which include some of the biggest and most exciting projects across Web3 spanning DeFi, NFT’s, gaming, and blockchains. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, customer-facing experience, and a deep passion for solving challenging web3 problems with cutting-edge technology.

You will be a fantastic fit for this role if you have: 

• At least 5 years of experience in engineering, with a focus on solution development, technical sales support, or similar areas.

• A strong background in the tech industry, particularly in web3 infrastructure or related auth, security and/or SAAS platforms

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop and implement effective technical solutions.

• Have led large onboarding implementations at scale and have a good understanding of how to optimize onboarding and customer success processes. 

• 2+ years of working in the web3, blockchain technology, and either professional or personal experience using various web3 dapps and technologies and/or authentication/user management platforms experience. 

• Optional: had experience building and scaling solution engineering teams.

• Need to live in the North or South America (to have timezone overlap)

• A solid understanding of current technological trends, especially in digital and cloud technologies.

You will: 

• Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to understand prospect and customer requirements, provide technical support & guidance, and help bring in new business

• Design and implement innovative solutions that address customer challenges, ensuring they are feasible and align with business objectives.

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance onboarding processes and customer success metrics, continuously refining approaches based on data-driven insights.

• Participate in technical discussions and presentations with clients, showcasing Dynamic capabilities and solutions.

• Contribute to the development of technical marketing materials and case studies, demonstrating the value and impact of our solutions.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to continuously improve our solutions and maintain competitive advantage.

• Work across teams to ensure a cohesive approach to solution development and delivery.
