About the job:
Neon Labs is looking for a full-time Solidity developer to join our team. Neon Labs is building an EVM, one of the key products in the Solana ecosystem. Neon EVM enables dApps to harness advantages from both blockchains: Ethereum in terms of tools used, and Solana in terms of low gas fees and high throughput.

Responsibilities:
Writing smart contracts in Solidity / Vyper; Creating efficient solutions architecture; Optimizing code and documenting it.
Skills and Qualifications:
Blockchain development background is a must; 2+ years of writing smart contracts in Solidity / Viper is a must; Good understanding of how decentralized systems are built (consensus algorithms, cryptography, node infrastructure, etc); Good understanding of how data is stored in blockchain (Merkle tree, Patricia tree, Merkle Mountain Range and others); Good knowledge of network technology such as HTTP(s), RPC, RPC, and REST API; Good knowledge of development tools (Linux, Docker, Git, and others); Experience working as part of a team.
