Job Description

The role

We’re a highly skilled QA team of 9 members spread across Novi Sad, Belgrade, Zagreb, and Split. Being deeply involved in all stages of the development lifecycle, including product discovery, allows us to effectively shape and enhance product quality from the ground up. Our tests are primarily written in JavaScript/TypeScript, utilizing WebdriverIO across web, browser extension, and mobile platforms, complemented by Appium specifically for mobile apps. We leverage BrowserStack for CI and TestRail as our Test Case Management System, gradually integrating AI into our processes to further streamline automation and simplify daily repetitive tasks.

We’re not just testing—we’re safeguarding trust, protecting assets, and helping shape a secure, seamless future for Web3, where users truly own their assets. We operate in a live environment handling real money and valuable assets, making accuracy and security paramount.

Core responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to streamline and optimize software testing processes.
• Identify opportunities for test automation, integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, and meticulously analyze results to detect and resolve defects.
• Work closely with development and product teams to enhance testability, expand test coverage, and stay current on the latest tools and methodologies in automation testing.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in QA Automation, especially using JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks.
• Proficiency in automation tools such as WebdriverIO, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or Playwright.
• Experience with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, Github Actions).
• Solid expertise with Git or comparable version control systems.
• Deep understanding of testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration capabilities.
• Ability to manage priorities, handle pressure, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with performance, security, or load testing.
• Knowledge of both frontend and backend testing capabilities
• Background in crypto or blockchain projects.
