Job Description
This Social Media Associate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase the organization's visibility on social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Collecting, analyzing, and reporting on social media on a regular basis to inform and optimize strategy.
- Staying informed on current social media trends and use information to create new content.
- Must be able to work on a team to create joint social media campaigns across the organization.
- Creating short and long term goals for increased viewership.

The Successful Applicant
This Social Media Associate will have the following:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Marketing, Business, etc.
- Previous knowledge of social media or communications.
- Understanding and committent to the organizations mission.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task while paying attention to detail.
- Proficient in WordPress, Adobe Acrobat Pro/Creative Cloud, video and web editing.
- Proficient in HTML and web standards.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and ad creation.
- Experience with SEM, PPC and SEO.
