We are looking for a Business Analyst for a project in the Blockchain domain.
As a Business Analyst, you will be a part of the development team of an early-stage U.S. project. There, you can directly influence the product vision, shape user flows, and help build a next-generation mobile DeFi application. It's a chance to work with advanced blockchain features (wallets, staking, swaps, KYC, security flows), while solving real usability challenges in a rapidly growing field.

PROJECT
The goal is to create a DeFi mobile app that offers a full set of banking features and enables users to easily and confidently interact with digital assets.

Job Description

• Understand business goals 
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear, structured specifications
• Create user flows and feature descriptions that explain how users will interact with the app
• Document processes (transactions, security steps, compliance logic, fees, limits, and wallet operations)
• Support UX/UI by helping to define screens and interactions
• Work with developers to clarify how each feature should work on the technical side
• Check if delivered features match the requirements (user acceptance testing support)
• Identify risks related to compliance, user experience, or technical feasibility
• Ensure the product follows DeFi best practices (self-custody logic, gas fees, security constraints, and error scenarios)

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of commercial experience working as a Business Analyst
• At least 3 years of experience in blockchain, DeFi, and web3
• Solid understanding of DeFi concepts, including wallets, smart contracts, swaps, liquidity, staking, tokens, and KYC/AML
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum
• Ability to translate complex crypto logic into clear requirements for development and design teams
• Experience in preparing BA documentation (BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, acceptance criteria, and user flows)
• Experience collaborating with UX/UI on user flows and mobile app behavior
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and diagramming tools (Draw.io)
• Advanced level of English or higher
• Bachelor’s degree in business analysis, computer science, or similar
