Senior Unreal Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Unreal Engineer passionate about developing high-quality video games and immersive experiences, to be a part of a growing development team for a Video Game company. This role is key to supporting our studio's own game development projects, as well as our co-development efforts for AA, AAA, and Web3 games. The ideal candidate will bring technical innovation and performance optimization skills to deliver outstanding gaming experiences across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement high-performance gameplay mechanics, systems, and tools in Unreal Engine, tailored to the quality standards of AA and AAA games as well as Web3 projects.
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams, working closely with designers, artists, and other engineers to create technical solutions that align with each project’s vision and quality.
• Optimize and debug game systems to ensure stable performance across multiple platforms, maximizing Unreal Engine’s capabilities.
• Contribute to the prototyping and refinement of core mechanics, iterating on features to meet the quality benchmarks of AAA projects.
• Research and apply emerging Web3 technologies for games, integrating features that enhance user experience within these environments.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Unreal Engine development and C++ programming.
• Experience in AA or AAA game development is a plus. Alternatively, experience in developing complex or large-scale games for PC, Web, and Consoles is also highly valued.
• Strong performance optimization skills for real-time experiences, with a focus on delivering a high-quality user experience on advanced platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in a co-development environment, collaborating with both internal and external teams.
• Knowledge of blockchain integration and related Web3 technologies is a plus.

This is a remote position where you would be accountable for your own work so efficient time-management and collaboration skills are a must.
