Where we need help:

We are launching a marketplace and we need to ensure our native token is thoughtfully designed to align every participant's incentives. The rewards and penalties must be simple to understand, and robust to protect against an important attack vector.  

Your Job:

• Design, test, and document the size, frequency, and conditions for rewards and penalties for our ecosystem that achieves network growth and alignment for all participants
• Optimize the design by iterating and incorporating feedback from results and marketplace participants
• Inspire confidence in the tokenomic design with rigorous stress testing
• Produce clear, robust, and accurate documentation supporting the architecture

Requirements: 

• Advance degree (Masters or PhD) in game theory, economics, econometrics, applied mathematics, engineering, data science, computer science or relevant field
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. Python, C++, Go)
• Tokenomic design and implementation experience with at least one crypto project
