Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Recruiter to build the Shenzhen R&D team. This role focuses on recruiting top talent for technical positions such as software engineers, product managers, designers, algorithm engineers, and QA professionals. The ideal candidate will possess strong recruitment fundamentals, an in-depth understanding of technical hiring needs, and a proactive approach to sourcing and hiring.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute technical recruitment to build the Shenzhen R&D Center, including hiring for engineers, QA professionals, product managers, designers, and algorithm experts.
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Proven track record of outstanding recruitment performance, with a results-oriented approach, demonstrated through data and case studies showcasing efficiency and excellence in hiring.
- Deep understanding of recruitment fundamentals, including precise requirement gathering, crafting tailored job descriptions, managing candidate expectations, end-to-end process management, and multi-channel sourcing.
- Proficiency in reading and writing English.
Proactive Mindset:
- Strong drive, dedication, responsibility, and ambition, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fast execution and quick decision-making skills.
- Strong learning capabilities and creativity to solve complex recruitment challenges.
Industry & Professional Background:
- Extensive experience in recruiting for R&D positions, including product development roles.
- Familiarity with various sourcing channels, with a willingness to explore and develop new ones.
- Experience and network in blockchain, Web3, or exchange-related recruitment.
