About the role:

As we enter into this next phase of growth, we are looking to more than double our headcount (targeting ~17-20 hires) over the next 1-2 years while implementing creative talent processes and strategies that can preserve and grow our culture of innovation. We are looking to make our next talent acquisition hire to help us scale and build out a world-class team. Our fast-paced, agile working methods will require a penchant for task management, a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and prioritization

What you will do

    • End-to-end recruitment from sourcing through to close
    • Understand business goal and manage internal stakeholders to drive outcomes
    • Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute systematic hiring process across all searches
    • Develop and maintain an excellent candidate experience
    • Build out processes and tools necessary to manage talent acquisition at scale

What we’re looking for

    • At least 4+ years of experience with HR responsibilities (e.g., recruiting, culture, compensation, DEI, business partnerships)
    • 2+ years of talent acquisition at a high growth company
    • Experience recruiting for technical and non technical positions
    • Ability to think strategically about how to achieve goals and the humility and execution orientation necessary to achieve them
    • Comfort sourcing candidates and then interviewing and building relationships with them
    • Must have previous experience at a software company or technology department of a competitive company
    • Strong organization skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
    • Passion for crypto and NFTs
    • Demonstrated human-centered approaches to problem solving
    • Demonstration of both strong written and verbal communication skills with high EQ
    • Proficient using recruiting and integrating with other people operations technologies
    • Prior experience configuring or optimizing ATS and HRIS processes
    • Someone with an ambitious attitude with a chip on your shoulder for obsessive personal development, growth-mindset, and going the extra mile

Bonus points for

    • Thriving on constructive feedback
    • BS in Business Management, Human Resource Management, or related field OR one or more HR Certifications (PHR-preferred)
    • Blog, creative, or visual content experience
    • Demonstrated knowledge and interest in blockchain, NFTs, and DeFi
    • An eye for communication and workforce messaging design
    • Software development experience
